PLEASE NOTE - Assembling this kit does not require helium and does not include an arch. This is not freestanding and needs to be attached or hung from walls, ceilings, fences, railings, etc.
Command hooks can peel off wallpaper and paint. Please use with caution. A hair dryer can be used to melt the adhesive for easy removal.
Glue spots will peel off wall paint and wallpaper, these are only used to secure the balloon to the balloon.
